| It is important to be fully prepared when searching for housing. Have your references, identification and any forms you need ready, i.e. intent to rent. Use as many resources as you can. Look in local papers, check out internet listings. An advocate or housing worker can also be a great help. Your income assistance worker may be able to help get you into a shelter while you look for housing. |
