Support group for people age 19 and older who have an alcoholic, addictive, or otherwise dysfunctional family background and a desire to improve their lives by better understanding their past and becoming more aware of recurring patterns. Based on the 12-step program of AA. Printed material is available upon request. North Vancouver meeting is 7 pm Mondays at Lynn Valley United Church (3201 Mountain Highway). Vancouver meetings are 10:30 am to 12 noon Saturdays at GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre, Meeting Room D (4255 Laurel Street); and 7:30 pm Tuesdays (women only) at the Avalon Women's Centre (5957 West Boulevard 604-263-7177).
