Offers a 24 drop-in centre for recovering alcoholics and addicts who help each other stay free from ALL kinds of drugs. They offer AA & NA meetings, clean and sober dances on Fridays, TV and games lounge, information and referrals...and 24 hour phone service. Also offer meetings in French and Spanish. Individual counselling.

Vancouver Native Health

Provides emergency accommodation for 35 adults. Opens at 11:30 pm, and coffee and snacks are served at 8 am. Thursday afternoon drop-in offers coffee, community information, and spirituality discussion. Hours and days expand beginning of April. Wheelchair accessible.

Vancouver Incest & Sexual Abuse Centre (VISAC) - Family Services of Greater Vancouver

The VISAC (Vancouver) Victim Support Services Programs offer support and information to children and adolescents who have been sexually/physically abused and their non-offending family members, where criminal charges against the offender are anticipated or have been laid. The program also works with children and youth witnesses of crime and provides information and support to adult survivors of child sexual/physical abuse.

Vancouver Detox (referral thru ACCESS CENTRAL)

Provides a safe, supportive residential environment for individuals withdrawing from the acute effects of alcohol or other drugs and who require on-site monitoring.Provides medical withdrawal management for adults 19 years and older living in the VCHA region.

Vancouver Bashline

Provides short-term counselling, information and referral for LGBT persons regarding instances of anti-queer violence and same-sex relationship violence. (Currently only available in Vancouver).

VAMP - Queer Men's Crystal Meth Treatment Program

Fully staffed intensive day/evening crystal meth treatment program. The queer men's groups run on Monday and Friday evenings, from 6:30 - 8:30 pm, and a family component on Wednesdays from 6:00 - 7:30 pm.

Some of the programs are House of Culture, Elders Speak Wisdom,  Infant Development Program, Recreation Program, Building Blocks Program, Young Parents Support Services, Recreation Program and an Information Referral Program. This electronic information kiosks holds current data on family needs programs in the Lower Mainland area. Tumanos Program

The Sto:lo Youth Healing Centre is and eight bed co-ed facility. We provide a treatment program for aboriginal youth as a condition of their Probation Order. The term for treatment is 4 to 6 months depending on youth's progress.
