The Gathering Place Community Centre

Drop-in membership $1.00 per year. Pool Room ($5.00 membership per year), Card/Games Room, TV Room, Cafeteria with low cost meals, Arts and Crafts, Pottery and Photography programs, Fitness/Weight Room, a Learning Centre, Laundry and personal services. They have a youth worker and a volunteer program where people can work for 4 hours in most areas in the centre for meal tickets, arts and yoga.

Salvation Army Community & Family Services

An ongoing, open group that provides support and addressess issues that may be coming up in recovery. It creates a safe space for clients to discuss any issues that may be related to sexual orientation and/or gender identity. Options for Sexual Health is a non-profit society supporting reproductive choice and healthy sexuality.  We offer information and services for all aspects of sexual and reproductive health through 50 clinics across BC, the 1-800 SEX SENSE Line, and educational materials.  Sexual health education programs are available for students, parents and professionals.
