Directions Youth Services

Directions provides support to at-risk, homeless, or street-involved youth under 25. We provide safe spaces for youth to connect with supports, detox from substances, and access transitional to short-term housing.

AgedOut.com is for young adults who were in government care in BC. It's an up-to-date warehouse of information on resources and services available to young adults and a learning tool to help people feel empowered as they leave care. Find info on education, health and wellness, housing, ID needs, money and income, and personal life.

Aboriginal Youth Empowerment Program

The Aboriginal Youth Empowerment Program provides emotional support, outreach, cultural connections, resource information and referrals to Aboriginal-identified youth who have been victims of crime and trauma.

Covenant House

Covenant House Vancouver offers a safe place for youth experiencing homelessness in the city. We offer peace and support in what can be a traumatic time. Our programs include a drop-in centre, an outreach program, a residential crisis program, and a supportive employment and housing program called Rights of Passage.

Watari Youth Outreach

We work with homeless, at-risk, and street entrenched youth in the DTES. We facilitate community drop-ins and cultural programming, and work from a harm reduction approach.

Offers safe and supportive group sessions for trans and gender-questioning youth to come together to support each other.

PLEA Community Services Society of BC

PLEA provides a number of youth programs in the areas of addiction, counselling, independent living, mentoring, residential care, peer support, school and work, youth justice, and youth outreach.

Onyx Youth Program (PLEA)

Onyx is a free, confidential, voluntary support service for youth aged 13-18, of all genders and all orientations, who are, or are at risk of, being sexually exploited.
