Vancouver Friends for Life welcomes people in Vancouver City Centre facing life challenges associated with HIV, Cancer, and Hepatitis C to participate in specialized support programs.
The STOP HIV/AIDS Outreach team provides clinical case management and primary care support for patients living with HIV who are newly diagnosed and/or having difficulty engaging in care, or who are lost to follow-up. The team also provides HIV, STI and Hepatitis testing via outreach clinics in community settings.
The Pacific AIDS Network (PAN) works collaboratively with over 40 member organizations and people affected by HIV and hepatitis C to build capacity and skills for stronger communities in British Columbia. We provide workplace training, leadership development, and research and evaluation initiatives to support all regions in the province.
